She's With Me

A Feminist Survival Guide to Seattle

Welcome!

After six years, the time has come for She’s With Me to go on indefinite hiatus. Though this site originally had three founders, it dwindled to just one author (me) because of moves, new jobs, etc., and now it’s time for me to let go as well. Having been running the site from abroad for the past few years, I feel less and less in touch with Seattle and the local feminist community. The site will remain online as a record of Seattle’s recent feminist history and an inventory of still relevant resources, but it will no longer be updated with information about new events or organizations. I am confident that Seattle’s feminist community will continue to grow and flourish, and now I am excited to turn my full attention to feminist politics in Germany, my new home.
In solidarity,
Anya

She’s With Me is an online community calendar for feminists and our allies.  We share the many film screenings, art exhibits, lectures, gatherings, and demonstrations that characterize Seattle’s active feminist scene. Our goal is to connect organizations and individuals to build a powerful collaborative movement.

Check out our Events and Calendar pages to see what’s happening in the Seattle area in the next couple of weeks, and have a look at the information under Ongoing and Resources to see what Seattle has to offer in terms of unique feminist and women-centered communities and organizing.
