A Feminist Survival Guide to Seattle
When: Saturday, May 13, 3-4:30pm
Where: Seattle Public Library – High Point Branch, 3411 SW Raymond St.
This is a great time to join the discussion group and be inspired by the dynamic ideas and bold visions of women radicals of color, both courageous pioneers and contemporary writer/activists. Their powerful words explore the interconnections between different forms of oppression and point the way toward victory against racism, sexism, homophobia and class oppression. Everyone welcome.
Readings will be available at the gatherings or call Radical Women to get downloadable copies
Facilitator: Christina López – Chicana activist for immigrant rights and reproductive justice
